1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. **No shared water dish provided currently due to Canine Flu going on in the state. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 15 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. Pat yourself on the back for finding such a large, private place for your dog(s) to run his/her little heart out. (If you’re interested, pet photography is available for an additional fee.) Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the outside of our backyard. We have horses, a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, alpacas, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens (Petting zoo available for an extra fee. Dogs are not allowed in with the animals.) Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!

My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area. Please make sure all three spots are "on". - House spigot turned on and Y splitter heading towards the yard is open (in line with the Y) - By the gate, connect the green hose up to the black/orange hose and flip the shutoff to on (in line with the hose) - Connect the garden hose gun to the end of the hose in the hose caddy by the walkway. Our backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff!

Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and lots of trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the shy, fearful or reactive dogs: Our neighbors on the north side of us (the side with the short trees along the fence) have two kids who might come up to the fence to talk and try to pet your dog without asking first. We have tried teaching dog safety but this has not helped. If you have a human/kid reactive dog, weekdays before 2:30 during the school year are going to be the best time for you to come. I will update this if the situation changes. Other neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our immediate neighbors do not have dogs. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. There are dogs across the street and a few houses down who are occasionally in their yard and can be seen from the hill in our yard. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard when you’re here. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you. Hello! My husband and I recently lost our dogs within months of each other. So now we have this nice big yard, but no puppies to fill it with.. For now :) Seems a shame to waste a nice yard. One of our dogs was leash aggressive and our other would get anxious at dog parks. We totally understand what it means to have a yard for your dog who may struggle a bit with other parks. Our yard is fully fenced in with two gates to get in. The neighborhood is quiet with a couple neighbors who have dogs but they keep to themselves and we never had problems. Our dogs were smaller, so we are not sure if a bigger dog would be able to jump the fence. We do have lots of rabbits - just to let you know. Our dogs never caught them though :) We also have a patio area with chairs and will have a bin or space with doggie essentials -poo bags, trash can, water dish, and maybe some balls.
