There's alot more to the 7 1/2 acre farm that makes it very unique. it's sort of like a rural "Portlandia". We've hosted dozens of weddings, parties, concerts, and reunions here in the past. So, just ask if you'd also be interested in using the farm for your own special event! We've had tons of doggie play date and birthday parties here. Just inquire first letting me know how many cars there'd be. If too many cars for F1, then F2 will work out during dry months, as you can drive your cars right into the field. We're a great option if you want a peaceful and private place to relax at. There is plenty to sniff for the pups and we maintain the pasture regularly to keep the grass short. Fully fenced (6'), small yard with a private gated entrance. Plenty of street parking or welcome to park in the driveway if available. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or lounge on the patio furniture while you're pups sniff and run around! Grass, mud in the back corner, deck, and concrete to run about. We have 2 small dogs as well so if your pup ever wants some play time just reach out to me ahead of time.

This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

Everyone says its beautiful. large enough mowed areas to throw a ball of Frisbee. Multiple large shaded sitting areas. Fresh water dispensers for that thirsty dog. Dog bags in case you forgot yours. Doggie poop Depots. Wooded areas to explore.

3 separate fields- field 1: closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills. Field 2: the best field! It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device to recall because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy, easy gate access, and accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood, and a couple of log benches around the property. Field 3: through the first two fields, is our lowest field, a property long and flat, the borders our neighbor’s property. While fenced, the entire property is not entirely marked, using photos on this app for boundaries. Coyotes do roam this lower field on a morning and evening basis weekly, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. While it is fenced, you may spend a long time tying to retrieve your pup otherwise! This field is a split property (2 parcels), and the other owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos). I will grab some better signs asap, as I am new to this app! Late evenings please watch out for coyotes in this field with smaller dogs. It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, uneven grass. I strongly recommend against use during foggy periods for safety of your pets.

Hi! My name is Theresa. I recently started my sniffspot and love sharing my property with you and your doggos to enjoy. We will provide you and your best friend ( friends) with two acres of fully fenced property for your dogs to run free! Part of the property is Forest, where your dogs can forage, roam amongst the trees, dig, or just take in all the smells. Our visitors tell us It's the best of both worlds with the woods to roam and open areas to play fetch or practice on some of the agility equipment . Our space is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of texture. We have a shade (or rain) canopy with a picnic table under it, fresh water, toys, and poop bags. :) I have 3 dogs that roam the upper 2 acres of the property. Sterling (border collie) Piper (border collie) and our newest member Wriggley ( husky mix) SHE was supposed to be a foster dog, but we fell in love with her... If your dogs roam up to the very edge of the Woods where the 4 acres are divided, they may see or hear my pups if they are outside. My pups may also bark for a minute as you play in the grass area down below if they see you. The property adjacent to us is the home of two nice dogs. They are very friendly. If our neighbors let them into their back field, there is a chance you and your dog will see them. Those same neighbors also have some piglets that are sometimes allowed to roam on the back end of their property. There is a chance you will catch them romping around. We hope to see you soon!
