This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). A pond filtration system is being added in late February. We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! It is rare to find fire ants on the property. The pond is maintained by a local pond company. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February.

Little Paws Pasture

5200 sf of turf area with play / agility equipment. Ideal for smaller dogs and puppies or small contained area for any sized dog. There is a small doggy pool that we can fill if you want your dog to have access to water. There may be other small dogs / puppies in an adjacent area but if your dogs are reactive, just let us know and we can remove them for your visit. Or it may be a good experience for other dogs to have safe access to others through a fully contained fenced area.

Big Tails Pasture

2 acres of fully fenced pasture with shaded areas and seating for humans. :) Dog Play / Agility equipment on site. Other dogs may be in adjacent pasture unless specifically requested not to be. Please designate in reservation and we can gladly accommodate.

Welcome! So happy you are here. My fenced in yard is ready for your dog(s) to run free and get their zoomies out. I have a pergola that gives a fully shaded area for you to sit back and relax and watch TV (I’m connected to just about everything so I get sports🏈🏀 or housewives💁🏼‍♀️) or chaise lounge chairs in the sun for you to get some vitamin D! The pool is currently under construction unfortunately, but if you get hot feel free to use the hose for now. Especially if you want to wash/rinse your fur baby. I have outside lightning so if you get off late no worries over here! I just put in new sod so please be careful when walking around as there is some uneven ground. I don’t mind dogs digging and getting all the fun energy out so watch for holes as well. If there’s anything I can do for you, just message me! I do have outside cameras around my house as a safety measure.
