We bought this house mostly for our dogs because I mean, look at that yard! Our boys love it and now we'd love to share it with you. Our home is tucked right off Fort Ave in a very quiet neighborhood. When you come over, you'll park right in front of the gate to enter into the backyard. The gate will be propped open for you and you'll need to pull it shut when you leave. When you come, our dogs will be in our basement with no access to seeing the backyard, as to not to trigger ours or yours, but you may be able to hear some barking occasionally. Further, we have lots of squirrels in our yard and the occasional cat that hangs out in our driveway. There are two chairs outside, a hammock, kids toys, and dog toys. There will always be access to water for your pup and we'll provide bags and treats. We will be around, but will not interfere with your visit - we know some pups just need their space and privacy and we will honor that. Please let us know if you have any questions!

This property is just under 200 acres with 2 ponds, and several creeks running through it. We also have cut 12 miles of 6' wide trails. There is also about a 30 acre field for other training. If your dog has excellent recall you may walk off lead but there is natural wildlife on the property and your dog must be able to recall.

Go any direction from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.

My dogs love this spot and it’s very fun to swim in, there is a spot that your dog is able to jump from. my dogs love to jump from the spot. The spot is to the right of the shed and you’ll see a trail, follow the trail and you’ll see two ways to go. The right is the spot and the other way is a trail. You’re welcome to go down either.
