Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

We welcome you to our little peace of heaven backing up to the national watershed reserves and game-land. We offer parking on the side of our yard away from the house where you'll have access to 4+ acres of woods within our property, and trail entrances to the public water-shed/game-lands. ******We only open our Sniffspot during non-hunting seasons for safety purposes. ****** Our family has been hiking these same trails for 10+ years, and over 100's of times with our pups. It's a 56acre partially fenced farm. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats who live here. They have access to inside so cats will be safe from visiting dogs. We plan to ad a dog course and play zone and a swimming area soon.
