Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. If it is raining, you are covered. If we have a pop up thunderstorm, please get inside the Sunflower She Shed interior room for your safety. We will discuss money after you are safe. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included.
