We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

Looking for an escape from the busy city? Or maybe you live in a neighborhood with a pup that likes hiking? Then look no further! This wooded play spot has endless trails, wildlife, and serenity! Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! We are dog people and this app was meant for us! Husband and wife owned and operated. Visit our tucked-away acre in the woods with a shallow creek and a fenced in area designed for escape artists. Come after a rainstorm and enjoy our private little waterfall! Agility equipment, treats, and toys can be left out upon request at no extra charge!

A beautiful, flat one acre field that is fully fenced with a 6 foot chain link. The full Bark Park outdoor agility equipment is available for extra challenging fun with your dog. There is a toy box full of toys as well as waste stations for easy pick up. Sitting is available.

Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 250 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.

All dogs must be at least four months of age, vaccinated for rabies, and currently licensed by the Borough’s animal control authority. Current license and vaccination tags must be displayed on the dog’s collar. All dogs must be spayed and/or neutered. No aggressive dogs. Dogs that become aggressive must be removed immediately. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering the off-leash area. No food or treats may be brought into the off-leash area. No dog toys are permitted in the off-leash area. The attendant of the dog(s) must be inside the enclosed off-leash area and have visual and voice control of their dog(s) at all times. Dogs shall not be left unattended at or inside the off-leash area. The attendant of dog(s) using the off-leash area must use a suitable container to promptly remove any feces deposited by his dog(s) and properly dispose of such waste material in designated receptacle. The attendant is responsible for any damage/injury caused by his/her dog(s). No dogs over 25 pounds are permitted in the designated small dog area.
