This 3 acre lot is fully fenced and mowed regularly to keep the ticks at bay. We have one dog who lives here and she can be present or put inside during your visit! There are also chickens in a coop and kittens on the property. The kittens do well to hide during dog visits, but if your dog has a high prey drive for birds, This may not be the best Sniffspot.

The yard is fenced with a chain-length fence. There are neighboring dogs on multiple sides, that may bark, but are not aggressive.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Welcome to my home! I have 7.5 acres and multiple areas for your pet to come and explore. I am working on fencing in the whole property but it is not complete yet. I can provide toys, bowls and towels. I have a large unfenced and flat yard that is great for fetch as well. If you want more of a primitive hiking experience, I have about 6.5 acres of trails that you are welcome to explore, including a stream that runs through my property. This area is not fenced, so most recommended for pets with strong recall, however it is still enjoyable with a leash. If you need to use the restroom or grab a drink, you are welcome in my home, just ask! If you would like your dogs to have a friend, I have two very friendly and socialized dogs who may be willing to play -- or I can keep them inside the house. I have goats, donkeys and chickens and if you have a herding dog, I am happy to open them up and let your dog try their skills, please ask before entering. Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway. Please be respectful of my property, and if you need anything at all from water, snacks, treats, toys, restroom, please ask.

Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.

Newly constructed, 60x60, fully fenced area with agility items, so your dog can play after you walk the trail. Kiddie pool available that can be filled up with easy to access hose. We do own and operate a dog boarding business on this property - but the 60x60 fenced area is separate from the kennel area and is set aside for Sniffspot and walking trail is also allocated for Sniffspot users. There is an indoor restroom and sink for washing hands (which will also be accessible even after business opening). There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up.
