This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course, huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. I have been boarding dogs at my home for 10 years, so the sniffing in my backyard is better than a fine wine! I have a fenced yard, with an ornamental iron gate, looking out to the front yard/street, which the dogs love, as well as an ornamental iron “window”, abutting the pool, which allows for a bark-fest with the Corgis next door. I have a large shade-structure umbrella on my upper pool deck, as well as a glider, for owner use. Hose is always on, with flower sprayer attachment, for (re)filling water bowl, or spray-cleaning pee on pool deck.

This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek.
