Completely lovely. So grateful to the owners for making this available to us and our doggies. It's varied, interesting, extremely well kept, palatial really. What a gorgeous retreat with so much room to run and play.
The property extends out beyond the two beautiful grassy areas. I lightly closed the one gate (just to keep my dogs on the grass areas) and it was plenty large enough for them to stay where I wanted them and not feel the need to explore further into the dry grass (don't like the sticker-y brush if I can avoid it -- the extra acres will be extra fun once it snows!!). We are so happy to have this so close to where we live while waiting for a fence to built at our new house.
The property comes up faster than I thought it would when driving there the first time. (The house number ends in an odd number so I expected it to be on the right side). But, just look carefully (the sign is kind of small). Once there, easy to jump out, open the gate with the code. Gate opens away from your car on the way in. Host was very nice and texted us to remind us there is a code - but it is also given when the address is revealed after you book.
Also, when you are leaving, you'll need to jump out of your car (leave enough space for the gate to open in toward you -- it opens the same way it did on your way in) and peek over the top of the call box to enter in the code from inside. The numbers are large and it's super easy to do this, just be expecting it.
I hope people are very respectful of this lovely place so the host continues to offer it to people bc it is one of my favorite that I have found in the Spokane area. The price is very reasonable given the effort and upkeep and inconvenience property owners experience when offering their yards to us on Sniffspot. It's an intrusion into total privacy and land use, in a way, letting people access your lawn and yard during the day. So, please pick up your dog's poop! They usually poop within the first 10 mins so please follow your dog around to keep eyes on them. It is a full time job to keep up with this for owners and it shouldn't be something they ever receive criticism for (certainly one-offs) bc it's up to the patrons to keep the Sniffspots clean. Do your part so great locations like this continue to be available to us, please!

There is additional property to roam one the grass seed isn’t an issue but the three acres currently available provided some great running opportunities for the pups. They did sneak into the high grass field to check out the neighbor dogs but thankfully ours have great recall and we called them back. The neighbor’s dogs can access right up to the property fence line so something to be aware of if you have sensitive/reactive dogs. For us, this was a great option and we will be back. Tiffany H.

Are dog fields safe?
If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.
How can I find dog fields in Chattaroy?
There are 22 dog fields in the Chattaroy area. The most popular dog field is Pawsitive Connection. You can browse all of our dog fields here.
How do I know if a dog field works for my dog?
All park rental information is available online. Start by filtering parks by fencing, size and distractions, to find a private spot that works for your dog. If your dog has poor recall, you can visit one of our secure fields. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog fields where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?
We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?
No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.

Dog fields in the Chattaroy area range from $4.0 and $4.0. The least expensive dog field is Fun City Yard. The most expensive dog field is Fun City Yard. Each host sets their own price, so you can check the price on the specific Sniffspot dog park listing.
