55The stream habitat is great! My dogs absolutely loved walking in the water and climbing over the rocks! One thing to note is the hike down to the stream is a tad steep in a few sections. I went here with my parents and my mom had some trouble navigating some of the terrain. Wear proper shoes and make sure you are prepared for hiking up and down some hills. On the way to the sniffspot we got painfully lost despite the host giving us instructions. The location is rural and the roads to the location are long, windy, mountain roads. You don't need 4wd but be prepared if those roads make you nervous. When I got lost (multiple times) I called the host of the property and they were very helpful and patient with reorienting me. On the way out we got a little turned around AGAIN because our phone wouldn't connect to GPS. We weren't able to do the lemonade add on because their vehicle had a flat tire, so she offered to refund me, give me more time, or to take some avocados. We went with the refund. Overall it was great once we got to exploring the area. The stream had a nice sitting area to lounge in while the dogs played in the stream which my parents really enjoyed. Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
