Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. The wifi works well here too, well enough to live-stream.

The open field and trees behind us allows for wild friends to also entertain you at times. No direct neighbours have pets, so you and your fur babies can enjoy our space without stress. You are welcome to leave your pets mess that you have picked up in the bin available to you and please be sure to close the gates and ensure that it is well latched as you enter and as you leave. You are welcome to site and watch from the lower deck, from the fire pit area or while sitting in a muskoka chair on the stone patio. We just ask that the upper deck remain close and off limits to you and your pet as our own pets are most likely inside watching. We understand some dogs prefer to have to have a human friend vs a fur friend, and that is okay with us as our fur babies prefer us over fur friends as well. Please leave the space as you found it, if something get broken please pick it up and let us know so that we can be sure to check it before our pets go play outback. We hope you will enjoy the fresh air and open space as we do.
