Welcome to Fallen Oak Farm. A small permaculture style food forest sitting on the Etowah River. We have 6 acres total. 3 acres are fully fenced in to protect our garden. The unfenced area also has wide open spaces, In addition to a path in the woods that runs along the river. Large open areas for sunning or throwing your pup’s favorite toy.

Our beautiful scenic property consist of a private dirt road owned and maintained by us. We have multiple fields on the property. Along with plenty of woods. Some pastures. Also we have some yard chickens whom are dog friendly and also dog aware. Our roosters will keep any dog in line so need need to worry. As far as facility we have a 18 run fully supported indoor outdoor dog kennel. This facility has running water and caters to ur pets full needs. We can service and groom pets if owner request and expense. So weather u need someone to take ur dog for a week while u vacate or jus a few hours while u work each day, or even if u jus want to visit us and enjoy our beautiful retreat estate in the mountains here. This is a beautiful relaxing and friendly place for anyone a their loved animal to visit. We hope to see each an everyone that visits us again. We have a fully fenced in yard here in Lavonia, GA! You don’t have to worry about muddy areas or unsafe ground. Here we have plenty of grass! Our two Doodles love the yard and are also here if your fur baby would like some playmates. If not, they can both stay inside and yours can have the yard all to themselves!

Come enjoy 1 1/2 acres of field for your pupkids to run! There is water and electric. A fire pit and grill is provided. A place the whole family can hang out peacefully! We are located on a dead end road with beautiful views being the highlight point within 15 miles!

We have a large grassy field to run and play. There is no fencing but there are natural barriers on the sides of the field—a tree line running parallel to the road and on two sides and our driveway on the other. We have neighbors with animals but they are rarely heard and never seen. We own the three houses surrounding the field so it is a very safe and quiet area. Lots of shaded areas. There is a paved driveway for parking and it’s only steps to the field. You will have access to fresh water, disposable bowls, chairs, waste bags, paper towels and a trash container.

Located in the rural countryside between central and liberty there is plenty of space.
