Our property is a beautiful 8.24 acres, including a 1.5 acre pond. The pond has a dock that you can sit on, or use for the dogs to jump into the water. There is a pedal boat for use for an additional amenity fee. If you and your pup love to fish, feel free to bring your own supplies for catch and release. Our stream fed pond has blue gill, catfish and bass. (Bites are of course dependent on weather) We do have 9 goats, and we keep them behind the fences, not where your dog(s) will be. You are free to see them and play with them through the fencing. They love humans. Our property is very accessible from the street, has easy parking (big vehicles included), a few small hills, and a huge back pasture that you can easily play fetch in. We are tucked back in to give a country feel, without the city feel shenanigans. ***TRASH CAN - there is a trash can located by the RV building. Feel free to use that for picking up after your dog(s). *** TOWELS - if your dog decides to go in the pond and you didn’t bring a towel, message me here on the app and I can bring one down for you if I’m home. *** CATTLE GATE - there is a reddish colored cattle gate that you CAN CLOSE behind you after you park. It’s located next to the brick wall by the parking area. Feel free to close the gate so that your pup can’t run down the driveway. The train also comes through a few times a day. A private and secluded 20-acre yard with several different areas for your dog to run, play, and swim. We have many extras. This is a great place for your dog and your family to get away from the city and be outside in nature. Great views, many activities and things for both your dog and you and your family alike.

70 wonderful acres. Wildlife plentiful. Two creeks. Park has trails from UTV riding so no problem accessing. No UTVS will be present during your stay. Closed during hunting season. The dogs just love it. Dottie says so. Enjoy. WOOF.

Talking Tree Urban Farm is an agroforestry production now, in the future it will be a campground, collaboration and wilderness retreat center. I closed on the property in November and I'm building it out bit by bit. There is parking and water on site. Outdoor bathrooms coming soon and many more amenities as we grow. I've currently cut trails through the eastern half of the property and I'm working my way through the West. Eventually trails will connect on all sides. Hiking straight to the pasture is flat terrain but the rest is hills and valleys not super steep but you will work up a sweat. **There are dogs and cats on site. If your pet is not good with other animals please let me know ahead of time and I can put them inside. *Human Fun If you would like to take one of my forestry, foraging or permaculture classes as well a 2-3 hour guided hiking is $35 per person for private tours or a group of 5+ is $25 BYOB Everything poops in the woods but we'd like to keep the feces down. BYOB bring your own baggies, bug spray and boots or closed toed shoes!

We have a triangular piece of land (see photos), about an acre, it is not fenced and next to a two lane road. There are no amenities as of now, but we do plan on offering a water source for pets, trash bin and waste bags for cleanup, as well as a fence in the future. We have parking at the entrance to the property north side of shop. You will be audio/video recorded while on property. Land was cut for hay a few weeks ago and there are a few round bales on property and property is only mowed at the border for another cut this fall. We do plan on maintaining the grass after this last cut. Pictures coming soon
