The terrain and amenities, including areas dedicated to dog play and relaxation, require careful supervision and are intended to ensure the safety of all our guests and their pets. Over two acres in King City Great location between downtown King City and Aurora, just four minutes away. Toronto only 35 min. 1/4 of the 2 acres is completely fenced, with a 7-foot-high fence suitable even for small dogs. Our fenced play area stretches out over half an acre, offering plenty of room for fun and frolics. Beyond this, there’s over an acre of open land, surrounded by protective trees. While this larger expanse isn’t fenced, it’s perfect for those who feel comfortable letting their dogs roam a bit more freely. It's an ideal spot for epic games of fetch and ball throwing—our favorite way to spend the day with our furry friends. That's why we're introducing this extra fee to keep the focus on our furry friends, and discourage this trend. For our returning guests who have had an A+ experience with us before and everything went smoothly, please reach out and message us before adding any extras for additional people. We value our regulars and might have some flexibility for you! As for new guests, please add the extra charge for additional people beyond the first two when you book. We want you to know on the web for private pool rentals (human pool parties), venues charge between $60-$150 per hour. We keep our rate at just $25 on Sniffspot because we're here for the doggies and their swim time fun with you! IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Approx 10 acres of pasture available for dogs to run and play with gate access to rail trail right behind property. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 1 acre grass yard! 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ Is it your pups birthday ?? We can set up a table for them for an extra $15 in “extras” - includes tablecloth, banner, dog treats and birthday hat 🎩 We can also accommodate “ Paw-ties”!! 🐾🥳. For up to 20 dogs! For cost please send us a message! We do have 5 rescue dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and pool float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated for a fee) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ Max people on property is 4! (We can accommodate larger groups but for an extra fee) IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. ***Charges in USD*** Come enjoy our 100 acre property with an established trail, a pond and a hilltop area with a picnic table, seating and fire pit. We are located only 10 minutes west outside of Peterborough. Our property is home to wildlife such as turkeys and deer - although it may be rare to spot them. **WINTER DISCLAIMER** Due to the size of our property, our trails are not plowed during the winter so we highly recommend wearing winter boots, spikes, snowshoes to enjoy the trails.
