Note on the fencing- we did have one scary moment in the section closest to the road where we accidentally tossed the frisbee outside of the fence. My dog figured out how to wriggle under the fence to try to get the frisbee. We were able to scoop her up and bring her back with no problem though and it was definitely on us for not being more mindful of where we were throwing. The fence is pretty secure and if it weren’t for the frisbee she never would have even tried. She didn’t for the remainder of our time there. She’s also a small to medium size dog and very skinny so this is likely not a concern for larger dogs. Claire M.

55Our experience here was SPECTACULAR!! Our dog, Rusty, is reactive so there are times when he freaks out at the sound of dogs he cannot see. Rancho Barto is very peaceful and isolated, perfect for Rusty to relax. The space was so large with a cute rocky portion of the yard and a separated fenced green yard with agility equipment. We had so much fun teaching Rusty to jump and run through the many different agility equipment. He was very relaxed throughout the entire time, so it was so nice to see him feel at peace and safe enough to be himself and play. We will definitely be coming back very soon!
