Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. Welcome to Gunther’s Run in Staunton, Virginia! A fully fenced one acre property for you to hangout while your dog or dogs run, play and get tuckered out. There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. Hi there! I have four pups and they love our 2 acer fully fenced in yard so I’d love to share it with other pups in the area while I’m at work or when we just aren’t using the space. The space is super convenient to anywhere in the Charlottesville area. Please be sure to keep our space clean by picking up after your pup and yourself. Walk the fence line to get active with your pup or sit under the shade trees and let them explore on their own.

I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. Shuttle services available for an additional fee

The property is at the end of a 0.8 mile gravel driveway. There are paths around the property in the woods and a field for ball chasing. It’s very far from a main road and safe for running off leash.

Welcome to Elysium Farms! We are located in scenic Scottsville, VA down a private gravel road. We have access to a walking trail, large pasture, woods, and a creek! We have fenced-in farm animals your dogs can view. We will provide camping chairs, bottled water, water for your dog, a kiddie swimming pool and water for your dog to drink. We do have 3 dogs of our own, but they are fenced in with our underground fencing and with notice, we will be happy to lock them inside the house for your peace of mind and comfort! This is all on private, family land with plenty of roaming land!

Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup. Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch. Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks. For the dogs, you will have everything you need. We offer a spot for you to get water for your dog, various dog toys, dog waste bags and scoopers. Please reach out with any questions or if you need reasonable accommodations! We are happy to help 🙂

Mostly fenced 2 small areas that I will have fenced in soon

It's unfenced, it's wooded, it's.. got a lot of gnats and mosquitos, but we're working on that. It's a 5.6 acre plot in total, but the back yard is VERY rocky. My wife and I like to keep the grass from getting much higher than 6".

We live way back from the road. We have a huge property with plenty of room to run and play!
