Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue. Please make sure to clean up after pups & humans. We’d love to welcome you and make this a fun and safe place for you & your pup to enjoy & return to!

My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .
