*****Our spot is open but we have the windows blocked out due to us also running a business at home and didn’t have control of the scheduling within the app. If you’d love to visit our spot, please message us and let us know when you’d like to visit and we can try and fit it into our availability***** ***Proof of all updated vaccinations will be required before accessing our spot. You can send it to us through the chat feature or bring a copy with you during your visit. Any reservations without proof of vaccinations will unfortunately be cancelled for the safety of our own personal pets and other guests. Thank you!*** **The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

HOST NOTE

Artificial turf can get hot, but depending on time of day, it has lots of shade to keep it cool. We also have a hose to cool the turf down. **we also are next to a fenced in cattle field. The cattle are sometimes right next to the fence and dogs can see them. Also being next to a big field, we have seen snakes of several varieties. Mostly non venomous snakes but it is Florida and we have eastern diamondback snakes as well out here. The pool is 5.5ft deep so keeping an eye on the dogs in the pool is important.

Parties over 2 people need to book the extras of 3+ people. Make sure the gate latch is completely shut when leaving the property as dog safety is our number one concern.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. June 1, 2025 Hi I'm Andrea! I have no use for all this property we have here! I come across advertisements for Sniffspot over a year ago now and decided to sign up! June 24 will make 3 years since my 🐕 dog Rosie crossed the rainbow bridge so I have the yard rentable for very cheap in her honor! She is the doggie pictured in my profile photo! The yard is completely fenced in of course. I am not allowed any animals here personally so a surprise pet will not show up during your visit. We do have a stray black and white cat that keeps to himself and a gorgeous cat that belongs to my back neighbor whom comes over to see me. The back neighbor also has a chicken coop right outside the fence. The water here is well water and not filtered please do not use! The landlord does not want to do anything about it. P.S. please bring your senior and disabled dogs!
