Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Bring some sunscreen and come hang out for an hour or two with your dog in my heated (85 degrees) pool! I have a modest fenced in yard for zoomies and plenty of squirrels. If you'd like to book on a blocked out day please reach out! I do not mind opening time slots but do require advance notice on those days. Thanks!

****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

We just got a five foot kid pool! We have over four acres. Three acres are in the backyard and one acre is in the front yard. We will be adding more amenities over time. We also have boat and car storage that you can book through the Neighbor app.

Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.

We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

Welcome! This Sniffspot only includes access to our pool area. Did you know? We aren’t new to Sniffspot. We have a top rated pasture spot, with over 100 5 star reviews. It’s hot out! Cool off on our 1600 square foot pool patio and pool. The open air pool features a shallow step entry, perfect for easy access for dogs of all sizes - and goes to 6 feet deep. On deck, there are lounge chairs (want to lay out? Go for it!), adirondack chairs (perfect for reading a book!), and two patio tables (great to bring a snack!). One table is under cover, perfect if you need a break from the heat. The pool area is fenced in, but small dogs may be able to walk through the fencing. We provide fresh water in a stainless steel trough. Feel free to dump it and refresh it. A fully fenced dog relief area is attached to the pool.

Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
