We had THE BEST TIME swimming and walking in the big grass field with our two English Springer Spaniels! The dogs LOVED it, and so did us humans! We will definitely be back throughout the summer! OH MY GOSH!!! Can we talk about THE spot to go?! The property is humongous and outrageously beautiful. My Lab had such a great time running and running and running. He ran so much even the horse and cows were getting tired watching him. Then it was time to explore. Naturally because there is much to sniff. Now he was hot. No problem. Know why? Because he went swimming in the luxurious pool. And swam he did! He was genuinely happy to get in the pool and cruise. By now he was very tired so he lounged in the pool. Not by but in. He was content. I was content because he was content. It was now sadly time to go. I chose not to rinse my Lab off, however there is a professional wash area if you want to do so. The entire day was fantabulous. We cannot wait to visit again. And by the way we live approximately an hour away, but it was more than well worth the drive!

This spot is big and beautiful! Lots of places to roam! The pool is such a wonderful addition to play time! It is SO dog (and people) friendly and well equipped! They have gone above and beyond to make this spot the best! It's definitely worth the trip! Your fur babies will love it!

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around and explore. So tranquil and peaceful. We all fell in love. The pool was great and my pups enjoyed playing with the ball and swimming. The oak trees are magical. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Took our husky there for the 2nd time. Beautiful property, huge field, and a great salt water pool. They even added a cover over the pool for shade since our first time out for the summer heat. Thanks for sharing your property with us, and Ash thanks you too!

The pool was amazing! It was the first time our dog ever got in one. Plenty of toys and life jackets. He loved all the new smells..... and the cows! Thank you for letting us come play.

Our dogs love going to Twin Oaks where they can roam free and swim. We always have a great time.

My sister-in-law and I brought our pups and they LOVED it!!! The pool was super cool and there was a shade over part of it and chairs to sit in as well. There was a hose for water right by the pool, life vests for the doggies and toys as well. There's a LOT of room for the dogs to run and play and all 4 of our dogs were exhausted afterwards. We all had a blast! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the skimmer being in the pool while we were swimming. Especially because we paid an extra $10 to use the pool which I didnt know was extra until I was checking out. Would probably go back at a much later date since it was a 40 minute drive from us 😂 I would say it was worth the drive though. Host was quick to respond as well - I lost my small pup's frisbee in the pool filter and she made sure I got it before we left. Couldn't hear any dogs which was perfect for my one dog reactive pup, just a few cows and a horse in one pasture. There was so much for them to explore that the dogs didn't even notice them.

Such a great time, everytime! Such an accomodating host and a lovely clean place with lots of toys for the pups !

Im SO thankful to be able to take my pups to this beautiful ranch. Everything about it is perfection. Its so open and spacious, and the pool tops it off !! it's pure Heaven for any dogs and their owner :) !! Having visited 75 times now proves it's 100% safe and secure !! You'll never want to go anywhere else. I also LOVE Sunset the horse, who comes running over to us when we get there along with one cow. 😂😍 It doesn't get any better than this !! In addition Debbie, the host, is the best. She is very considerate and is always readily available to answer any questions you may have. 10 stars 🌟!!

My second time here and it was wonderful just like the first time! Everything is clean and the property is beautiful!! I tried to get some good pics of Atkin enjoying the property but most of the pics are of his backside as he ran off to checkout something new!! Hahaha! I only wished we didn’t love an hour away so that we could come here more often!!

Me and my dogs had an absolute blast! We were the last reservation of the day and I truly enjoyed every minute of it especially the sunset! We will be coming back hopefully they offer a membership!

A beautiful area, huge pastures. The dogs absolutely loved the cows and being able to run so much! The pool was amazing!! It was the perfect temperature and with the shelf the dogs got to swim and play and splash to their heart's content. We came home and my dog slept so well that night from having so much fun.

Our three Golden Retrievers had an absolute blast swimming and running through the open field. We enjoyed spending time with the cows and horse, bless their patience with the youngest of our crew! This is a fantastic spot to enjoy outdoor fun with your fur babies.

This is our go to spot, life has been busy and i haven’t visited in a while but the weather permitted for some awesome swimming and pup lifeguarding ( diving and fetching squeaky toys lol) for Max. Joe roamed the acreage with my wife and made sure to have a how do ya do friendly conversation with every horse, cow and, dog in the neighboring fields. Excellent time as usual thanks!

We had such a blast!! We brought our boy Zero (husky) and his bestie Buckeye (pittie) and they both were so happy. They ran, ran, ran in the open field. They splashed away in the pool. Zero needs to learn to play better with cows if we ever want to let him in there again, but we will certainly be coming back for the rest of the property. Also, super nice and responsive owners AND super clean property... 100% recommend.

Our first ever sniffspot and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was super clean when we arrived, the pool was the perfect temp for the pups, there were lots of toys, and even some vests for the pups! There was even a first aid kit at our disposal in case something happened. One of the pups toes kept bleeding (not related to host or sniffspot) and the host was super responsive to my message/cry for help for something to make it stop. She brought us out some cornstarch IMMEDIATELY after i messaged. We also overstayed by a few minutes and the host was super nice about our late departure. Highly recommend this place! We definitely will be returning as we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours here (Don’t worry i will leave on time next time) 😆 Our pup had the best time swimming with her friends. If you are considering stopping by Twin Oaks, i promise you won’t be disappointed ❤️
