You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Equipment needs a wash and there are still twigs and small limbs littering the park but come on out!!! Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. However, for auditorially reactive dogs, please have them remain on leash until they are comfortable. Owner available for communication at any time through the Sniffspot app.

Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. Please note this is the host’s contact only and not Sniffspot customer support. Welcome to my spot. I’m thrilled to share this space with you and your pup(s). This space was created for one simple reason. Dogs deserve a place where they can truly be dogs. Run freely, sniff everything, roll in the grass, and enjoy off-leash time without stress or crowds. I am fortunate to have the space, and I wanted to share it with other dog lovers who may not have access to a large, safe area for their dogs to run. Hearing that dogs leave here happy and tired genuinely makes my day. Guests are welcome to use the driveway and drive all the way back to the designated parking area near the back structure for convenient access to the field. A water faucet is available on the east side of the back building for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bowls or kiddie pools. The property is enclosed with field fencing. While it has safely contained the dogs we’ve had here, very small dogs or young puppies should be supervised, as with any outdoor fenced area. Some areas include visual barriers and natural vegetation to help reduce outside distractions, so dogs can relax and enjoy safe off-leash freedom. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home, enclosed by a white vinyl fence, is not part of the Sniffspot. This space houses our chickens and ducks, so you may occasionally hear quacking or squawking, along with normal household activity as we care for our animals. The designated Sniffspot area remains private and separate for guest use. This spot is best suited for dogs who enjoy open space, exploring, and having room to move at their own pace. It works well for playtime, decompression, training, or simply letting your dog enjoy quiet freedom. Please note that this is a natural outdoor space. You may encounter uneven ground, insects, wildlife typical of Florida, and occasional ant mounds despite ongoing management. Early morning visits can be dewy, so rain boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. For visits after dusk, insect spray or long sleeves are advised due to mosquitoes. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or an unexpected situation affects your visit, please message me as soon as possible and I’m happy to work with you when feasible.
