GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Equipment needs a wash and there are still twigs and small limbs littering the park but come on out!!! This space was created for one simple reason. Dogs deserve a place where they can truly be dogs. Run freely, sniff everything, roll in the grass, and enjoy off-leash time without stress or crowds. I am fortunate to have the space, and I wanted to share it with other dog lovers who may not have access to a large, safe area for their dogs to run. Hearing that dogs leave here happy and tired genuinely makes my day. Guests are welcome to use the driveway and drive all the way back to the designated parking area near the back structure for convenient access to the field. A water faucet is available on the east side of the back building for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bowls or kiddie pools. The property is enclosed with field fencing. While it has safely contained the dogs we’ve had here, very small dogs or young puppies should be supervised, as with any outdoor fenced area. Some areas include visual barriers and natural vegetation to help reduce outside distractions, so dogs can relax and enjoy safe off-leash freedom. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home, enclosed by a white vinyl fence, is not part of the Sniffspot. This space houses our chickens and ducks, so you may occasionally hear quacking or squawking, along with normal household activity as we care for our animals. The designated Sniffspot area remains private and separate for guest use. This spot is best suited for dogs who enjoy open space, exploring, and having room to move at their own pace. It works well for playtime, decompression, training, or simply letting your dog enjoy quiet freedom. Please note that this is a natural outdoor space. You may encounter uneven ground, insects, wildlife typical of Florida, and occasional ant mounds despite ongoing management. Early morning visits can be dewy, so rain boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. For visits after dusk, insect spray or long sleeves are advised due to mosquitoes. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or an unexpected situation affects your visit, please message me as soon as possible and I’m happy to work with you when feasible. We are offering our back fully fenced backyard( mostly 6 foot privacy fence, but 1 side is a 4 foot wire pasture fence). Driveway goes through a pasture gate . You can drive right into the back yard, latch the gate, and let your doggy go wild! Approx. .5 acre of mowed lawn . 1 mature tree for shade. Also 1 chair for their humans to sit in and enjoy watching their dog run wild!

Bring your doggos to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property.
