We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

This spot is seriously the BEST! There’s not a thing I could think of that I would change. There are toys, treats, first aid, water in multiple spots, kiddie pools, parkour obstacles, and even a photo booth! The property is huge, but all pretty much flat so you can keep an eye on your dogs. I brought my 4 dogs here and there was something for all of them. I didn’t worry about their safety at all being here. They especially loved having the pools to cool off in. Check out this sniff spot, you won’t regret it!

Very well kept property with 3 separately fenced areas. Wonderful space. When booking, write the name of which fenced area you chose and watch carefully the moment you enter the property since the 1st fenced run area has its entrance only about 20' feet from the street. I was trying to get the combonation lock to open a similar gate toward the back of the fenced space but that was the grounds keepers gate. Also, next time i book i need to text owners prior to see if any large mud patches are active before booking. My dogs are magnets for those puddles. But great space for the price you pay and hosts are a pleasure to meet.! (If they happen to be doing maintenance in the area.!)

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area.
