55Our dog, Denver, LOVES to do his zoomies and he had a blast racing around and exploring the yard. Plenty of space for him to run and play fetch with his ball. He even found a beloved stick. I had a few questions going into our visit about the neighborhood dog mentioned in the listing, as Denver tends to be pretty reactive towards other dogs, and Lorraine was super friendly and helpful providing some tips and guidance on how best to navigate that. We didn’t end up encountering the dog until we were just on our way out, so no issues for us there. It ended up being a really nice way to spend the evening enjoying the beautiful spring weather.Kelsie M.

55Thank you for a delightful afternoon! I adopted a 5 yr male rottweiler mix 18 mo. ago, who had been on his own most of his life, so socialization has been top of the list of things to work on. Today was the first day I let him off leash. I could do that because the hosting family has created a gem of a run which is an acre in size, fully secure, with water, open space, mature cedars, a small alder grove plenty of sun and shade, and comfortable seating for visitors. They have thought of everything. Their directions are clear and easy. Parking is great. There is more than one entry gate. All are locked except the one they want you to use, which is closest to the house and marked by an orange 5 gal bucket. It was great fun and only 10 minutes from downtown Bellingham.Sheila R.

Wonderful spot! Fully fenced. Clear directions. Freshly filled water bowl and kiddie pool. We heard kids in the distance but no other animals or people. We adopted a traumatized great dane a couple months ago and having a quiet place like this releases so much stress for her (and us!). Thank you for sharing your space with others!! Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.
How can I find dog agility parks in Eastsound?

How do I know if a dog agility park works for my dog?

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot agility park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Treat all park equipment with respect and care.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot agility park at the same time as me?
Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
