Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

We would love to have your dog come run in our indoor sand arena. Farm animals present on property and friendly with dogs. Please keep yourself and your pets on opposite side of the fence from the animals. We have a large beautiful yard here in the heart of Montbello. This is the former location of Noble Beast Dog Training. Our backyard backs right up to Falcón Park and is minutes away from I-70, Pena Blvd, DIA, Stapleton and Green Valley Ranch.

As you welcome yourself to our backyard enjoy a large chain link fenced yard with amenities such as patio Furniture tiny fire pit bottles of water dog treats and poop bags! If you need to bring your children there's also kids toys available hand sanitizer is provided! An obstacle course, for your dog can be pre-built it only takes a few minutes just request at booking and we'll get it set up for you! Pets, other than dogs, are not permitted in a dog park. Only activities common and customary for playing with, training and exercising dogs are allowed. No other uses, including other park uses and commercial uses, are allowed in a dog park.
