This is 6ft fence .8 grassy and trees private backyard. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. At the moment I am improving the amenities such as future fire hydrant for dogs to peep ;) I know but it is needed… if there is a need to create a agility training park I would love to do that as well, so if there are any people who need to train their dogs off leash and need secure/ Safe area to work with a dog I think my backyard is the place. I train my dogs for conformation so I know how important is the quiet safe space to get dogs to focus on work. I am open to suggestions from visitors. During summer months I have gazebo on the deck for shelter and garden Forniture. Water for dogs and trash can for waste. Bragstays.com is a retreat that welcomes dogs and their owners to enjoy 200 acres of nature and peace. Our Private Estate has a 6 acre private lake that your pup can enjoy. There are many trails for long walks in the forest and many streams. If you need anything during your visit feel free to contact us! Please note we do have other guests on the property so respect the privacy of the cabins you see. We also have two horses so once you see them please keep your pup on a leash. We have a lot of wildlife make sure your pup has a tick preventative.

We have more than 2 acres of fully-fenced in property that features a large lawn as well as ample "wooded" areas for your dog to run in and explore. There are also a handful of large boulders for your pup to jump on and off of.

Warning, short but somewhat steep hike up. Property is used as a campsite on most weekends but is usually free on week days. The entire property is 5 acres but there is a cliff that suddenly goes up at the end of camp so it probably makes the space where you would walk more like 2 acres. Maybe just one. I’m bad at guessing this. Unfenced so dogs must be on leash or have great recall. There is a fire pit but you would need to haul your own wood up a hill so I doubt you want to do that! Lots of brush. Lots of sniffing to be done. Feel free to use chairs and hammock but please do not go inside tent or use my wood. It’s hard to haul up there.

I have fenced in area with sitting bench. My yard gets mosquitoe joe sprays for ticks. Gravel area next to fenced in spot that is grass free. Back and side of the house hase huge open yard with picnic table. Great for distance run and throwing ball.

Lots of smells and open space to run and play! Our partially treed land offers the right combination of sun and shade. State Game Lands are right across the lane so wildlife, trees and fresh air are abundant here! Trek through our woods or run in our oversized yard - either way, we'll never bother you! Please keep in mind our property is unfenced, so doggy friends who are particularly obedient might fare better here!

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
