No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! The trampoline and deck on site are not for use. Need a pet sitter? Feel free to ask more questions!

We have a 1/4 of an acre fenced and 3/4 of an acre of wooded land that is not currently fenced in, but can be accessed through a gate in the back of the yard. We have plenty of room for your baby to run, and the pool makes for a nice place for your pup to play if they like the water. We live at the end of a cul de sac, so there is street parking, and the yard is accessible from the driveway!
