The property is well fenced with 1.5m deer fencing all round. After heavy rains there is sometimes a large pond at the lowest point which is great fun for the dogs. There is a hose and water bowl for you to use. When parking, please don’t block the shared driveway, and be careful not to park too close to the gate so you don’t get stuck. There are some older aerial photos, the blue indicates the property boundaries and the red is where to park. Rules - Please pick up any dog poop - Please keep your dogs on lead until inside the fenced area - Do not park blocking the shared driveway - Please be respectful to neighbours and their stock - Please turn off the hose at the tap when finished ****IMPORTANT: Recently a neighbour’s dog has been occasionally escaping its property and has been running up and down the driveway and along our fence line of the Dog Farm. As far as I’m aware it has only happened a handful of times and I am currently trying to resolve this problem but please take note this is a possibility. Long dog run area for throwing a ball, dry grassy area for running and play; trees to sniff. Perfect for small or large dogs. Sprinkler pad to play in. The entrance is on the side of our property, not via our house/garage. You can park on the street, or in front of the large brown gate, then open and close the gate behind you. You can also drive right into the yard, if that's easier. We have 2 dogs on the property but they will not be allowed in the reserved area. They are in a separate area that is fenced and they are not visible.

Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Swimming with your pups is always an option.(see upgrade pkg) Please let us know in advance if you will need more than 1 dog towel. *** If you want to add a friend or relative and their animal please make sure they are aware of all rules and liability. *** *** No smoking, vaping, alcohol, chew, etc permitted on property. ***

Almost an acre of pastureland overlooking Jacoby Creek Valley for dogs to sniff, roam, play, and most of all be off leash and in nature. Come with your dog alone or bring some friends and dog pals (up to 6 total) to romp and chase and play while you relax. There are some toys and obstacles, water, and lots to dig. Please bring your own balls. There may be cattle in the adjoining field below, occasionally deer though rarely in the daytime. Chairs are set for a pastoral view, particularly lovely at sunset. People and cars may go by on the driveway. The spot is all yours when you are there and with respect to reactive dogs, I won't greet you unless we set that up in advance. I want the dogs to feel that this is their space and we won't intrude. If your plans change you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours prior to your reservation through the app but it does not allow changes after that. Please no smoking or using while visiting. Enjoy!

Come bring your fur babies to swim with you in our private backyard swimming pool. Pool is 9 ft at the deepest point. If yours is like mine he loves to float on rafts with me that are provided in our backyard oasis. We offer a membership to our property which can save you money if you’re a frequent guest. We also will be adding some date night with a movie swim so look for details ❤️ Can’t wait to see you❤️ We allow two people per dog at your visit. Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. You and your dog(s) will enjoy our 2.5 acre property- fully fenced and complete with a gator-free pond for swimming!

This dedicated park is over 700 feet from our house (and down a private drive over 3000ft from fruithill). The park is designed to be a private setting for your visit- You will independently access the park and will not be interrupted- Have fun in this .5 acre 6ft fully fenced dedicated dog park near scenic Arbor Crest Winery in the Spokane valley. Your furry friends can enjoy our dog friendly Chuckie cheese play equipment, dig in a large sand box, enjoy a game of fetch in the grassy area, or run around sniffing until their hearts content. Take advantage of the photo opportunities for you and your dog in this dedicated park. Some toys are provided Kiddie pool is ready to be used ( please fill and empty when your visit is done) Running water is available to spray your pup or provide drinking water- Please scan the park before you leave- we are finding uncollected poop- we provide bags all around the park so please use them to collect any droppings- it is unfair to any guests following your visit so please pick up after your pet-

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish.

In addition to the 1.3 acre fully fenced area we have a 2 acre field with trails that isn’t fenced. It’s a different environment full of sights, sounds, and scents for you dog to enjoy. I have a couple long leashes available for you to use so your dog has some freedom to explore.
