Absolute beautiful property, well maintained. With Plenty of toys already provided, water bucket and enough room for dogs to just run and run and chase balls or each other. We will be booking another day in the future.

Just what my athletic dog and I needed. A peaceful and wide open space for him to run around in. So green and lovely! Got to meet some vey friendly horses next door too ! What a great host and we enjoyed it so much! My dog didn’t want to leave !

My two Aussies had a blast in the pools provided. They enjoyed interacting with the horses and zooming around the yard. I brought my blind dog and the terrain was flat and free of any hazards. It made my day to see her running around like a young pup again. I’ve never seen her happier. Overall had a wonderful time and I can’t wait to bring them again!

This is my packs favourite spot to visit! Large water trough, puppy pool, plenty of toys and towels for drying up. Beautifully maintained property with room for my babies to stretch their legs.

This place was amazing! It’s a beautiful, wide-open space with the added security of a fence enclosing the entire space. My Great Dane had PLENTY of room to run around, sniff, play fetch, etc. There was a pool with fresh water (the owner also left the hose to refresh the water if needed), a bucket of toys, chairs, and shade. Truly wonderful, and highly recommend! Completely worth the ~45 minute drive for me and my pup!

Lovely space and very accommodating for dogs and their humans! Not only was there fresh cool water outside for us, there was plenty of toys, a doggie pool, and nice shady spot to rest. Relaxing for the human and very enriching for the pup!

My pups loved it! There is a doggy pool shaped like a bone. They had a blast in the water while we sat in the shade under the tree. Would totally recommend. Lots of room for the fur babies to run around

Great spot. Easy to find. Gated entrance. Seating area was setup with multiple chairs and buckets of dog toys. Pooper scooper available. Our pups loved the bone shaped pup pool that let them cool off. We booked early at 7am to beat the heat and this spot didn't disappoint. Neighbors had dogs on other side of fence but we're friendly and didn't antagonize our pups. There were horses on opposite side of property behind fence...our dogs loved them!. Nice wide open space. Had been recently mowed. Our pups ran and ran and ran! Will come back!!!

Beautiful and well maintained spot, a little out of the way but it’s a beautiful and scenic drive, plus it’s a nice reason to get out of the city. Thank you for letting me bring my pups, hopefully we will come back soon!

Teresa’s property is so nice! Harley and I enjoyed our visit. Harley did some running and barks at the neighbor dogs and horses. It was great to get out and run/walk over a HUGE fenced in area. Thanks for having us!

This Sniffspot was perfect for my two doggies, they were tired afterwards and slept the rest of the afternoon. It was fenced all around, had water, toys, and privacy. I loved it because even my reactive dog got to run his heart out till he couldn’t stand any longer. Definitely coming back!

This was our first ever sniff spot, and it was such an amazing experience! It was so clean, the lawn was nice and cut and there were such cute horses next door! Lots of toys and water provided for pups.

I have a gsp and the amount of free space for her to roam was perfect! Owner set out fresh water for the pups to drink and lay in. As well, had bug spray and comfy chairs for us to lounge in if needed. Will be visiting again!

We absolutely loved this sniff spot, one of our favorites so far! My dogs loved playing with the toys and there was so much room to run around. It was great exposure for my reactive dogs seeing other dogs/horses next door. They did so well and were very curious of the horses! We will definitely be back in the future! 😊

We’ve gone to Teresa’s multiple times now and love it! It’s the only Sniffspot we’ve ever used and will continue to use. Our adopted adult blue heeler, Derry, doesn’t like other dogs and lives in an apartment, making it hard for her to run around open spaces. At Teresa’s I know she is safe, she can’t get out, and she has so much space to explore, run and smell! The neighbors have dogs that are out sometimes. Given the amount of space (and a fence in between) the dogs mostly ignore each other. I actually appreciate the brief times they see each other since it’s a safe way Derry gets to see other dogs. Derry always leaves happy and tired. We love that it’s a clean space, there’s plenty of water for her to drink and play with, as well as chairs for us to relax in. (There are toys but Derry is much more content with exploring and smelling.) Highly recommend!
