35This was a little hard to find. I passed it twice. Instructions said to open green gate, gate was already open. Also, said to close on the way out but since it was open when I came in, I didn't close it. Some equipment could use some work. The agility obstacles weren't exactly set up in a course, just kind of randomly dispersed. Also, no water bowls as advertised. But, given we are in the middle of a pandemic it could be that not many people are using this sniffspot and therefore, the property owners weren't expecting any visitors. It was a very hot the day the day we went so we didn't stay the full hour. I had brought water so we visited the car a few times to get water.
45I hope you move the grass this weekend.
55My pack of 4 had a blast playing on the course this morning. It was their 1st time with agility and what a great confidence builder. Amy was a great host and took the time to show me how to best use the equipment! We will be coming back often.
25The agility area and driveway were still muddy. So I did NOT train my dog. I also only used the area on May 4th for 10 to 15 minutes because of the mud. I had to bath my dog, wash my Van wheels and Rocker panels. I had to put my shoes in the washer. The Driveway needs work. I will attend when it is dry. But not with standing water. I hope you can address this problem. Bill Spires P.S. I received 5 sets of jump cups and will start building 5 jumps to add to your inventory.
25Amy, your driveway has to many holes in and being dirt it makes a mess on my car. Also the grass in the Agility area is so thin that my dog got muddy I now have to bath him and my shoes. So for Sniffspot, I couldn’t find a way to change my booking time or date. If you know how do this please let me know.
55This space is amazing, so many things to sniff! My pup enjoyed smelling all the things and hearing all the fun noises (there were cows and a sheep near by). As noted, the area is partially fenced so keep that in mind and bring a long line if your pup likes to bolt. The host was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to explore at our leisure. We were able to play a bit of Frisbee as well as on the agility equipment in addition o just tooling around. The price is phenomenal! We will certainly be back.
45  Out of all the Sniff-Spot places in our area, this is the best one.
55My dog enjoyed playing here so much. A good amount of room for him to stretch his legs. We will be back!
55Easy to book, lots of toys and agility equipment to use.
55Amy’s place is great! Fun little agility field. As described!

Sometimes

The acre abuts to a neighbor's fence line and they have dogs that will come out and bark occasionally - they stop and go back inside after about 20-30 seconds and are restrained behind a fence. My dogs might bark at you when you pull in from behind their fence but they are contained.

Description

This field is set aside for the dogs. Feel free to just sniff around or throw a ball/frisbee there's plenty of space for that. There is agility equipment that is owned by Summit Dog Training (www.summitdogtraining.com). I ask that you DO NOT use the equipment and do not allow your dog to mark (pee on) the equipment without express permission from Summit Dog Training. They offer classes if you're interested in trying Agility out with your dog.

Hazards

There is barbed wire enclosing the field and a few mole holes. There is a compost pile in the north acre that is fenced off and as long as you stay on the south side you won't have a problem with it.

I am the owner and trainer at Trust Your Dog Training. I am quite familiar with the lack of safe spaces in our area to exercise dogs so I wanted to be able to offer another option for those who would benefit from our space.
