Turf area for doing ‘business’ and we have floating and non-floating dog toys for play time. If we happen to be home, all blinds are pulled closed for privacy. Hopefully this will be a nice relaxed area for your pup to come and play and not have to be stressed. They will have lots of smells to explore in the backyard since I have two dogs of my own. I will hopefully have all the amenities I want set up before opening! Toys, splash pad, herding ball, and more! If you want to use the splash pad, feel free to turn on the hose, I just ask that it be turned off before you leave! Thanks! I am also having Poodini come every Friday morning to clean and sanitize the yard(that’s why there are time blocks). But I really love the idea of getting the turf sanitized weekly! Let me know if you have any questions! More photos will be posted soon! One of my reviews said there was a smell in the backyard and it looked as though nothing was prepared and the splash pad was not turned on. As I have said in my description, if you want to use the splash pad, I have guest turn it on and off themselves. As for the smell, I have no control over that when there are dogs in the yard almost all day(it also had just rained). And I am aware of the railing for the pool. It literally just rusted all the way through at the bottom today(8-18). I will get that fixed I just have no idea who to contact yet to do so.

I feel like I have to newly brand our temporary back yard for you, our guests. This isn’t a fancy ass backyard with all the sweet little amenities. We have a beautiful large yard for your pup to run and a very functional pool THAT MAY HAVE LEAVES in it. If you have any doubts then please read the reviews. IF you have any issues please message me before leaving a negative or less than 5 star review so that I can fix the issue. I’m more than willing to accommodate and suggestions are always welcome. Please don’t expect a perfect backyard as explained in our description. :) Hello! This is our newly purchased home that we will be renovating but in the meantime our backyard is yours for you and your doggos! I may or may not be there working but you’re welcome to use our yard and pool whether I’m there or not for the time being. Once construction is done we will be expecting to stop offering our yard sometime after 9/1/24. We do have small gaps in our front gate that small dogs may be able to escape, pics shown. Please keep that into consideration if you have smaller dogs. We have an amazing open space and a pool should you or your dog want to go for a swim. The neighbors dog may or may not be out there but we are working on putting in privacy slats so they don’t bother barking too much. I hope to be back on my feet quickly and I am looking forward to reopening our Sniffspot for all of your darling pups.** Does life feel “ruff” sometimes? Maybe it’s time to run free in an enclosed private backyard with lots of grass. Or are you looking to “make your mark” in this world? Or perhaps you just want to “paws” and relax in the shade. If so, then Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for you....and your awesome human, too! Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. We offer many pawsome amenities at Shaggy’s Shack, including bags and a trash can for your nature calls and a disposable water dish with lots of fresh water (and water for your human, too). Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. All pups need to be up-to-date on all vaccinations to keep our resident and visiting doggos healthy. Since Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for dogs, please be mindful of your doggie to human ratio; kids are welcome but must be 100% supervised, especially around the ungated, unfenced pool. Our goal is to make your time at Shaggy’s Shack loads of fun for you and your human so you’ll come back again and again. We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Jump in the pool, do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus pool and patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) VACCINATIONS: Please send to me in the chat. (Hosts cannot see vaccination records uploaded to your profile.) Rabies, distemper, and parvo are required. The ACVIM recently added Leptospirosis too, and I'll be following up with my vet to clarify this. I do my best to review records quickly, but the time required to track all guest records really adds up. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure their dogs are up to date; this is in the Sniffspot guest rules. Please don't make me be the bad cop and tell your doggie they can't come at the last minute. I want them to be able to come! 🐶💕

Great pool just to get those swim loving dogs into some water during the hot summer months to cool them down and get some energy out. Shallow pool (deepest is about 5 feet) for dogs, with separate side entrance that is separate from the rest of the house/yard, so no contact with the residents. Pool is completely contained so your pet will be safe and unable to escape. There are chairs, chaise lounges, some dog pool toys, an umbrella, a two seater patio swing w/canopy , and misters (only available at certain times/days), as well as a fire pit around the pool area that are available for use as well as towels provided (if requested before arrival). The pool is fairly small but the entrance has a good-sized shallow landing platform that is only about 6 to 12 inches deep. The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday, so we cannot accommodate use on Fridays due to the cleanings.

Suburban oasis, this dog park features a large swimming pool as well as a small kiddie pool for the smaller pups free for all. On the property there are horses, goats, pigs and chickens on property, so bring the 4 legged kids plus the human kids and enjoy the outdoors, while the pups play in the yard you and your kiddos can play with the goats and horses (goat/pup/and horse treats available) Unfortunately, we no longer offer the ****in-ground pool for the pups****

The Willo Pool Paw-ty Pad is located in a quiet historic neighborhood and has a fully fenced yard with a pool, grassy area for fetch, and plenty of places to sniff. Our pool has a large step for pups who just want to dip their paws in to cool off. There are shaded lounge chairs, pool floaties and string lights (even the hoomans will enjoy themselves!).
