***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. I recommend you bring some insect repellent. All dogs are required to have proof of up to date vaccination appropriate for the dogs age. Only dogs allowed in the pond , no humans please. Price is $15 per hr for 1st dog , $10 each additional dog .

PRICING CHANGE: As of AUGUST 3 pricing will increase to accommodate maintenance of pool water and the yard. Since there are more and more reservations being made, the pool water will need more product to stay in good condition for all bookings as well as the yard. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. My yard is easily accessible. I have a small dog as well and she goes crazy in the yard. It’s space is very decent. And we have a pool if your dog loves the water. The yard can fit many dogs at once or if you wish to have the yard for yourself thats okay too. All are welcome. ****IMPORTANT : all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** If you are looking for a nice oasis for you to relax and your dog to stretch its legs, here it is! The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

My kids also use this lawn so please pick up all dropping or barf. If it cannot be picked up with hand or available shovel use water to wash it down.
