By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Two walkable blocks to Wood County Hospital and 2 miles on opposite of town from Bowling Green State University. One hour per visit but several visits per day available.

We have an acre of land. The back yard is fenced. So about 3/4 an acre to run. We have two dogs of our own but they will be put up when you come. I provide water for your dog. There is a pooper scooper to use. A couple chairs. We do have chickens. They’re in a chicken run, fenced off. We are very easy going! We have a plastic kiddy pool for hot days and a hose. Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks.
