Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and explore…and for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡. 𝟒) **There are unfenced farm dogs on the property. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. (a) Preferred if possible: If dogs poop OUTSIDE the fenced spot in the tall grass, no pickup required! (b) If dogs poop INSIDE the fenced spot, use the provided pooper scoopers to toss poop over the fencelines or in the tumblers, 𝐎𝐑 use the 100% compostable green poop bags located in dispensers in the spot to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. (c) 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) This fenced 5-acre portion of the property is nestled on 235 acres less than an hour from Nashville. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Hello and Welcome to our Playground!! I’m Ginny, we hope that you enjoy your time here. There are 2 water bowls & a hose pipe to refill them if needed. I have 6 foot wooden privacy fence that’s secure. Feel free to play with the balls in the yard or bring your own toys. Please pick up after your dog(s) there’s a trash can under the carport. There’s a table and 2 chairs for you to use if you wish. There are cameras on my property, please be respectful of my space. I’m home most of the time and can meet with you if you wish. I do have 2 dogs of my own that are in a kennel within the house. This is a quiet area with a few squirrels, people walking their dogs & just taking walks themselves. Feel free to ask me anything. Welcome to Crossing Creeks Farm, where we are passionate about producing great food for our family's table and yours! Our love for dogs and hosting has lead us to build and open a private dog park right here on our farm. We encourage you to check out our website at www.crossingcreeks.com to learn more about what all we have to offer. Our dog park is just over 1/3 acre and fully fenced for safe off-leash fun! And we've partnered with Wondercide to also provide a safe area with natural treatment for fleas and ticks. Our park includes leash hooks, automatic dog waterer, agility equipment, waste bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, shaded seating area, dog dig pit, and gumball treat dispenser (be sure to bring a quarter or two!). And included with your spot, is the use of our self-serve dog wash. Wondercide has provided their amazing shampoos and flea & tick sprays for your pup(s) to go home feeling fresh and clean. Our on-site Farm Store offers a variety of goodies for both human and four-legged friends. And feel free to enjoy a walk on our walking trails through our woods and creeks. Please keep a leash on your pet(s) while not in the dog park. Shane and I and our two boys, Noah and Caleb live here on the farm, as well as my parents, Reid and Susan. Feel free to ask any of us any questions you may have while on the farm. And shoot us a message if you have any questions before coming out. Some of the other residents of the farm are our chickens, ducks, turkeys, cattle, pigs, and horses-all fully contained in their own fences. We offer horseback riding lessons here as well and host traveling guests through our on-site RV sites and campsite. If you'd like to enjoy a campfire during your visit, add a firewood bundle to your reservation and we'll have everything setup in the park upon your arrival-you just pack the s'mores! Our public restroom is just a short walk across the yard and driveway from the dog park. 10% of all profit will be donated to our local no-kill animal rescue here in Bedford County. We appreciate your support in helping us to give back! If you have more than one dog or are planning a doggy play date or puppy birthday party, enjoy 50% off the hourly rate after the first dog. We have a 1 acre fully fenced large yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Lots of room to play fetch and enjoy outdoor time with your furry friend. We have water and hose access for dogs. During the Spring and Summer we have a cooler with water for dog owners and a kiddie pool and splash pad for dogs to play in.

This 3 acre lot is fully fenced and mowed regularly to keep the ticks at bay. We have one dog who lives here and she can be present or put inside during your visit! There are also chickens in a coop and kittens on the property. The kittens do well to hide during dog visits, but if your dog has a high prey drive for birds, This may not be the best Sniffspot.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please ask any questions!

Please be advise that our fence is not private, so you will occasionally find either neighbors and or loose animals within the vicinity. Any comments and or concerns, please let me know. The yard is fenced with a chain-length fence. There are neighboring dogs on multiple sides, that may bark, but are not aggressive.

I have 1 acre on my property. The back is fully fenced (I have 3 dogs myself) the front yard is available as well, it is just not fenced in.

Shade!!! Bring your pups to the country! We have crossed fenced part of our field for the dogs to enjoy! The space is mostly open with some large trees sprinkled throughout. The perimeter makes a great walking loop that you and your dog can both enjoy! There are wood piles, rock piles, groundhog holes, and other typical country stuff (right now there are a bunch of fallen trees piled up) This is a field and not our back yard. We hope your pups will enjoy the wide open space to run as much as ours do!

Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Approximately a half an acre fenced off for your Pet to run that extra energy off. Patio is available to guests while your pet enjoys all the smells and local wildlife. Lake access is also available with private beach for you and your pup to enjoy retrieving balls 🎾 and sticks out of the lake.
