Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.

Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

And a playground for kids (or dogs!) to play on. We work from home a few days a week, so someone might be here during your visit. We’ll say hi from the window but will otherwise give you privacy.

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Now that the kids are grown and the dog has moved on, I would love to share my yard with you and your pups! Please feel free to ask me any questions.

We have about a quarter acre fully fenced in with 6 foot privacy fence. There is plenty of parking in our driveway. Bowls of water will be provided and cleaned after each visit. Please feel free to make use of the full space, including the deck and fire pit seating area! We just asked that you please clean up after your pet. We will provide poop bags and a pooper scooper with a receptacle for disposal. We also usually have racquetballs out for your dog to play with. We hope you enjoy your time in our yard that we used to enjoy with our dogs no longer with us.

Winter Special! There’s a bathroom inside, just text me. And if you get too cold, you’re welcome to stay indoors! There are dog treats in a bin on the stairs and a couple chairs outside. This is a 6' Fenced in Yard that is maybe 0.15 of an Acre. The entire lot is 0.43 acre. My dog plays here often and we always pickup the droppings each day, so when your dog comes, expect a clean yard. We mow the backyard every 5 days so it'll be short. We have dog water bowl next to the hose so your dog will be fresh cold water. We have poop bags too for your usage. When your dog comes, I will have my dog inside the home so you can have your personal time with your dog.
