Beautiful big yard, fully fenced! We have two pups that love this yard and run at full speed! No chemicals on this grass, 100% natural and safe for your pup. Enjoy sitting on the deck or bring chairs to any part of the yard! Hose and XL dog pool provided. Hope you and your pups love this yard as much as we do!

6 ft fence all around to keep your pup within sight! 2 gated entrances on either side of the house. Handicap accessible with a small decline hill to enter the yard. Plenty of street parking available in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Chairs and shade for humans to relax on the patio! Fully fenced yard with a hill, tree and views! Our dog, Levi, personally loves laying in the sun by the fire pit, talking to the neighbor dogs and enjoying the view (watching deer, turkey, rabbits). There are a couple places with a slight gap under the fence where a small dog could squeeze under.

Just a nice little fenced-in backyard in the “Ghetto” 😉

I run an in home dog boarding and daycare so we always have a friend to play with if you’d like or we can hang inside and give you and your pup some space (reactive and non reactive dogs are all welcome here). Feel free to use the hammock or sit on the patio while your pups sniffs all the other pup smells and explores. We have some toys, a water dish, an outdoor bed for them to rest, and trash can provided as well as compostable doggy bags, sunscreen and bug spray. We provide driveway and street parking and are located in NE Cedar Rapids by Target North in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. There is a 6 ft chain link fence for your pups safety and a large access gate to the right side of the house. We have fairly quiet neighbors and one pup kitty corner to us that does spend a fair bit of time outside. His name is Oakley and he likes to make his presence known but will generally make himself scarce if you tell him to go lay down, he’s used to us having pups frequently. We work from home so if you need to use the restroom or need another doggy bag or new tennis ball, we’re happy to help!

My back yard has a gated entrance that is secured on the inside for the safety of your pet while in the spot! Fully fenced, with some opps for sniffing other dogs through the fence. There is a chance for occasionally seeing other people and dogs but not in close contact. My pup and I will be inside, but he will probably greet you with barking. It’s a great backyard with a good space for your pup to get some off leash time. Upon request there is a puppy pool that can be put out for your pup! Seating and a table for pup parents that the majority of the day is shaded but midafternoon there is strong sun till sunset. There willl be an umbrella and stand if you would like to use that for shade. The yard is sunny most of the day. I will request picking up after your pet there is a chance there could be some piles from my own dog but I do have a service that does a weekly (Tuesday)pick up there will be a 5 gallon bucket for waste disposal, I do have a scooper that has bag clips I would ask that all poos are bagged before disposal please. If you have a high energy dog I highly recommend sitting at the top of the stairs and throwing a ball to the back corner of the yard! Wears out every Aussie I know!

We have wonderful views and plenty of space. Many trees that provide shade on hot days. Parking is available at our shop at the bottom of the hill. Our property is not fenced, but it is a beautiful getaway if you live in the city.

Please make sure all the gates are locked tightly when you leave. I asked that you enter the side gate off of 30th St. please be courteous of the plants and flowers. I have planted try to watch your dogs that they don’t dig please I will have doggy bags on the porch that you can clean up after your pet, there’s a trashcan in the alley you can throw them in. In the summer, we have a kiddie pool for the pups to cool off in. During warmer months there is a hose hooked up to fill a water bowl. Lots of room to roam and dog toys already scattered about the Yard! Feel free to play fetch, but leave for our next guests. If there are kids toys out, your children may use at your own risk. We do have 2 dogs of our own that will likely bark out the window. They are friendly and well socialized but jealous they aren't playing too! We also have cats that may be sitting in a window.

We are approximately 10 acres of woodland grass, and native prairie, located on a gravel road with perimeter fencing, but not gate fencing. Dog owners must assume responsibility for their digs and their safety. There is lots of room to roam and play, but dogs can run outside of perimeter if not monitored and/or controlled. There will be no other dogs out and about during a booked visit, however there will be dogs in the house.
