Enjoy about 200+ acres of beautiful hills, mountains, creeks, apple orchard, farm animals (goats, chickens, horses) and non labeled trails. The trails are alittle rocky & sometimes muddy dependent on what time of the year of course but you most definitely will run into some wild creatures There are also dog friendly restaurants a few miles away and airBnBs in this area that you can enjoy :)

This is a farm and an animal rescue. There are cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, goats and horses. If you have reactive dogs we recommend letting us know in which case we’ll make sure our dogs are staying inside the house. We also recommend keeping your dog(s) leashed du the farm buildings to keep our farm animals safe. Once you’re walking up the hill there are several trails to choose from, open fields as well as forested up on top. There is a tiny little brook coming down from natural springs on the hill so your pup(s) can cool off or have a drink.

There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! Our large, fenced backyard is a paradise for dogs, offering ample space for running and playing. Located in a quiet neighborhood off Rt 9 in Latham, with plenty of easy street parking. The lush green grass is perfect for rolling around, while providing lots of sunshine! A variety of dog-friendly features, including double sided water bowls, free waste bags, free dog treats, dog toys to use while you’re here, and a pooper scooper to ensure that pets stay entertained and active. There is a comfy outdoor sofa for lounging. The secure fencing ensures safety, giving both pets and owners peace of mind. This outdoor haven is a delightful retreat for any canine and their human companions.

The park is located in between Mayfield and Gloversville, offers safe spots for offstreet parking, and a fenced in spot that is perfect for zoomies!

I have a beautiful fenced in yard. It's a dog's paradise with lots of shade. I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. Needless to say, I called him Onyx.

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves.
