From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. We will be back in the spring with some super exciting new features!! 🐾** Sending love & belly rubs from our Pack to yours for the Holidays Welcome to our hobby farm! It's a dog's life here at Dog Day Farms so we created 5 acres of walking trails and a fully-fenced 1000sq ft play area with our four-legged friends in mind. The play area is complete with toys, amateur agility course, and fun seasonal decor for a photo shoot with your furbabies! We also offer several chairs & benches on the trails, placed in a few peaceful locations to relax along the way. We are happy to provide water, dog bowls, and a few other essentials (bug spray, poo bags, etc) for your comfort. We look forward to your visit! 🐾
