Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

West Rutland Dog Park

Ticonderoga Dog Park is a fully fenced park located on Lord Howe Street in Ticonderoga, New York. The park is open from sunrise to sunset and is a smoke-free area. All dogs must be vaccinated, wear their current license and rabies tag, and be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old. Owners must leash and unleash dogs in the holding area and supervise them at all times. Rules include cleaning up after dogs, limiting 3 dogs per handler, and removing aggressive dogs immediately. Prohibited items include puppies under 4 months, aggressive or sick dogs, food, alcohol, and weapons. 21 acres bordering 2000 acres of Webb Forest conservation land! At the top of the property there is also the power line right of way that can connect to the local Webb Forest trail. No distinct trails yet but it isn’t densely wooded so it’s fairly easy to navigate.

We've got you covered! A doggy/pet parent haven on a quiet dirt road. 18 acres of beautiful mowed paths in fields surrounded by woods. A deck to relax on, and a fire pit with some wood. Pristine and toxin-free. There's an outhouse (the loo!) for pet owners. Ample parking, and some solar lights at night. There's poo bags, and a rain shelter. Your dog won't be the only one who wants to come back! ( Due to freezing conditions, there will be no water until Spring.)
