All dogs outside the off-leash park area must be on a leash at all times. Owners must carry leash at all times; and dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the Dog Park. 2. Persons are required to remove feces deposited by their dog on public property. Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately. Disposable bags are availabe at various locations within the Dog Park. 3. Dogs must be properly licensed inoculated as per State and City Laws. Proof of such may be required at any time. As per Title 10-Animal Control-Sevierville Municipal Code/Chapter 10-104 Penalities In addition to the penalities hereinafter provided any Police Officer of the City or any person desginated by the Police Chief shall impound any such dog or cat which does not carry tags. The owner may obtain possession of any dog or cat so impounded or seized by paying an impounding fee in accordance with schedule set fort in 10-402 and paying the reasonalbe cost of keeping such dog or cat during the time that it is impounded, provided however, that said dog or cat shall not be released until proof has been furnished to the Police Officer that the dog or cat has been inoculated with antirabic vaccine in accordance wih the terms of this chapter. 4. Puppies younger than 6 months are not allowed. 5. Dogs must wear collar & ID tag at all times in Dog Park. 6. Handlers must stop dogs from digging and must fill holes created by their dogs. 7. Owners are legally responsible for their Dogs & any injuries caused by them at the Dog Park. 8. Dogs showing aggressive behavior towards other dogs or people must be removed from the Dog Park. Animals that exhibit a history of aggressive behavior will not be allowed to return to the Dog Park. 9. Owners shall not leave dogs unattended or out of sight. 10. Dogs in “heat” will not be allowed to enter the Dog Park. 11. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by legal adult when entering the Dog Park area. 12. Limit of 2 dogs per handler allowed at the Dog Park. 13. It is encouraged for each owner to bring a water bottle & bowl for your Dog to drink from. 14. No smoking is allowed in the Dog area at any time; the Parking Lot is the Designated Smoking Area. 15. Violators of Dog Park rules are subject to removal and suspension from use of the Dog park and all other City of Sevierville Parks and Recreation Facilties as per the Code of Conduct.

An outhouse, picnic table and fire pit, so enjoy for the whole day! We are only 12 miles from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 35 minutes from downtown Knoxville, airport and Pigeon Forge, and 45 minutes to Gatlinburg.
