Welcome to our Sniffspot, located on our family ranch! Our 2.5 acre spot is fenced and offers plenty of room for your furry friend to run, play, and explore. With a mix of natural areas and cleared park-like spaces, your dog will have endless opportunities to sniff and discover new sights and smells. Our shaded seating areas provide the perfect spot for you to relax and watch your pup have a blast. And don't worry about bringing water - we've got you covered with a dedicated dog drinking water station. Our spot is also drive-on, making it easy for you to bring your pup and all their gear. The driveway entrance is open. Front & backyard access for your doggies to play. Smaller enclosed playpen area, available for use as well!

A short walk down a ramp and a few stairs leads to a safe, shallow area perfect for water-loving pups. Bring your water shoes and wade around in the water with them. Additionally, please let me know if you need our fenced in back yard to use. And if you would also like to roam the property. ✅ Partially Fenced Yard: Fully enclosed space for secure off-leash zoomies, fetch, or relaxing under the sun. This is a space approx 40 feet by 25 feet that we have enclosed in the back of our house facing the river. ✅ Endless Exploration: Roam our property, we have an area with table and chairs to grab some shade. Amenities: 🐶 Fresh water bowl 🌳 Shady spots for breaks. If you would prefer you can bring a camping chair to pop up where you would like it. Come enjoy 26 acres of open field lined with some natural pasture and natural shaded area. Park is fully fenced and has dog water available. During the warm growing season, around 9 acres of the field is cultivated and planted with seed crops (sorghum and sunflowers). This area can be closed off if you don’t want to lose your pals in the tall crops. Attention Dog Trainers! This park provides excellent training opportunities for all sorts of disciplines including bird dogging when the seed crops are coming in. I’ll keep some paths mowed for the humans to hike around on. Come visit and let your companion discover their top speed. - Adam

Our dogs love our yard, why shouldn't yours? We consider it an outdoor oasis in the middle of the city. While your dog enjoys the yard, you can enjoy our patio. From one of our 3 Adirondack chairs, you can watch your dog sniff to their hearts content. We have pollinator friendly flowers for you to enjoy and you might even see a butterfly or hummingbird. The patio has a picnic table for you, and 2 water bowls for your dog. There is also a bird feeder, bird bath, and squirrel feeder for more natural entertainment. Your dog will find a white basket with a variety of dog toys to play with, on the porch.
