Nestled in a private 5ft fully fenced backyard, conveniently located steps away from the Mayo Clinic. We aim to provide a safe, relaxing, and fun experience for all. Reactive dogs, welcome. A great deal goes into elevating your doggo's emotional, physical, and mental well being. Guests enjoy special sensory nooks like sniffington alley, a splash pool in the warmer months, designated digging zone, a shaded lounge area to cool off on an elevated dog bed, complete with clean towels and a grooming kit. Custom made slat mill coming soon! The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

There are 15 acres of native prairie grasses and plants. There are a few trees and rolling hills. There is approximately 1.5 miles of mowed trails that loop and connect, creating several options for new routes for each visit. There is also an outhouse available if needed. However, it is within our normally private area, so dogs must be on leashes and there are hooks for leashes while in use.

The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.

This is a private home on 3 acres. There is at least one acre of mowed lawn, trails and woods in the back and side yard. There is a long gravel driveway. Digging can be done anywhere on the trails or side or back yard. there is a hose available to wash dogs or allow for water play. There are 3 small kiddie pools with balls and other toys that can be used. There is plenty of free running space in the front yard. Parking in the driveway and street. Can host several dogs or dog party events.

This is a ride in a Can Am Defender that is the size of a golf cart so one adult & 4 dogs max or 2 adults & 3 dogs max.
