Le terrain que je vous propose est en forêt, en montagne. Il y a un magnifique sentier en petites roches et en terre qui fait une boucle d’environ 1 km. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vue mais la forêt est magnifique et très privée. Nous comptons améliorer le terrain au fil du temps, par exemple en ajoutant des chaises, une table de pique-nique, des jeux pour les chiens et plus encore… Il y a aussi un petit lac privé! Si vous prévoyez vous baigner avec vos chiens apportez vos gilets de sécurité et vos serviettes! ENGLISH The land that I am offering you is in the forest, in the mountains. There is a beautiful small rock and dirt trail that loops about 1 km. There isn't much of a view, but the forest is beautiful and very private. We plan to improve the grounds over time, for example by adding chairs, a picnic table, games for dogs and more… There is a small private lake, if you plan to swim with your dogs bring your safety vests and towels! The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

Peaceful neighbourhood right down the street from the river (if you wanted to go for a leashed walk before or after). Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. We are 0.5km away from the street, therefore you shouldn't worry about incoming traffic. It is very peaceful. Hope you enjoy your visit and give us your feed back!

Bonjour et bienvenue à vous et vos animaux! j'ai deux chiens et un cochon. Je viens d'emménager sur ce terrain absolument magnifique. Vous pouvez venir faire un feu, j'ai des bûches et des branches. laissez vos pitou en liberté. Le terrain est semi clôturé. Il y a un accès à l'eau, s'il aime se baigner et il poura même se trouver quelque pomme. Même pas besoin d'avoir un pitou si vous voulez avoir un petit moment de répit venez, Apportez votre lotion anti-moustique!! J'ai une personnalité très introvertie vous ne me verrez pas. j'aimerais que mon terrain profite à des personnes.
