CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

Near hwy 6 and speegleville rd. One larger field and one smaller separated by fence with larger gate. We have 2 small donkeys. They will be separated from you and your pet in a small, adjacent field. Parking is the half circle drive in front of the house. Feel free to ring the doorbell. If I am home, I will be happy to show you around.

For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. Partially fenced area. Approximately 3 to 4 acres. Great view quiet and peaceful. Area is fenced for livestock but not small animals. Big area to run around. There is a donkey, horse and sheep on property. Please stay away from donkey. Livestock will only come if fed. Please refrain from feeding animals. We are not liable for injuries. Neighbors have dogs that may come up but should not be a problem. Only area we are making available is back right of property by the only 🌳 tree. Drive into property stay left and drive up to gate. Go through gates. Should be two gates. At least one is closed.(Please make sure only one Gate at least is closed. ) Take a right at gate go through to next fenced area and take a left up to the tree. Area available is around tree and top half of second fenced area. Perfect for pups that work well off leash and are not distracted by other livestock.
