We have an amazing flat backyard that is fully fenced in! We live in the country so it’s a really nice scenic route to get here full of farms and cows. There is even a vineyard nearby. We just bought this property, so how it is now is just before photo! We plan to make wonderful things out of this yard! My husbands favorite activity is to cut and maintain grass! We also have our front yard which is just as large but it’s not fenced in. It is yours to use as well it you want more walking space. There will be a kiddie pool for doggies and as many toys as we can have last in the yard for the doggies (but my pups love to destroy)! We are kinda out here so make sure to bring your favorite kind of food and drinks if you plan on visiting for the full 4 hours. The closest places are a couple of gas stations and a Dollar General. I do have snacks and bottled water! You can also buy pool time, sprinkler time, bath time (shampoo/nail clippers/ear cleaner) for additional charges. Just let me know before the visit! Also, bring any obstacle items or anything you want to place in the yard to practice with or use for your dog. Full Disclosure: We do get muddy after rain and are currently working on a solution for that!

Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.

Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Fully fenced in backyard in Durham! Plenty of room for a couple of dogs to run around and it's okay if your dog ends up digging at the top of the hill by the trees, our dog does it all the time.

This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. We have a yard and would like to host some friendly puppies to play. Sometimes a bunny shows up, if you're luck your dog will get to chase them. That’s cool! Lives to chase and eat squirrels and moles? We’re overrun, you do you! We are blessed with 12 gorgeous acres in the pasture. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. Parking is on the left side of the road next to the fence. Please bring your own scoop and poop bags, water,and chairs. PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
