Come enjoy our secret sanctuary sniffspot!! We have just over 11 beautiful, unfenced acres located in North Lansing. There is a ton of off street parking, plenty of nicely mowed yard to run and play, berry bushes, roses, fruit trees and more. Scenic, shady trails are mowed through the large untamed field that spans the back of the property. Because the field is in it's natural mid-growth succession, it hosts a wide variety of plant and animal diversity. If you're also a birder like me, be sure to bring your camera!

Located 5 minutes from route 81 and the Walmart in Central Square, NY SPRING TRAILS! As the snow melts, you'll find some areas of the trail muddy and slippery. Typically there are some major puddles (though after heavy rains it could be more possible), but mud boots are recommended! Springtime might not be the best if you have knee or back issues- I'd hate for anyone to slip and injure themselves. I highly recommend bringing towels to wipe your dogs feet off after your walk before heading back home. They're going to have LOTS of fun and if they're like my dogs, they'll have muddy paws! 🌳🌲Welcome to 49 Licks dog park🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. 49 licks includes over 3 1/2 miles of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 110 acre property is nestled in the woods, 600 fee off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the top of our driveway. We have over a 3 1/2 miles of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail loop is about a 2 miles long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The shorter trails approximately 7 of them are closer to 1/3-1/4 mile each We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife are abundant on our property. We do have 2 dogs who are contained in a kennel that does not have access to the trails. They are us usually in the house during appointments, at start and end times minimally. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 110 acres includes a few acres of open area and the rest Is wooded with approximately 9 trails for a total of 3 1/2 miles of well marked trails. Mostly wooded with miles of cut trails but also have a few acres of open fields. I have two dogs myself (one is very playful but a little dominant and the other is a disinterested coonhound). Also have a cat but he can go in the garage during visits.
