Our fully fenced yard and pool area provides your pup room to splash, sun bathe and explore off-leash. With lots of trees on multiple sides of the property, shady spots can be found all day as the sun rotates across the sky. The seating area on the south end of the pool offers a nice view of Mt. Olympus. Please note there is no grass in the backyard. Humans are permitted to join their pups in the water but we would ask that only adults enter the pool. The pool is 6ft deep at the deepest point, 9ft wide and 28 ft long. There are also a series of ledges/ large steps on the shallow end of varying depths for dogs who might need a rest or want to ease their way into the water. With cold temps in UT in fall & winter, our Sniffspot will be shut down starting in mid-October and re-open in April/ May (weather dependent).

*we just got new backyard neighbors as of 9/20/24, I believe they have a dog. I am not sure how often it will be back there. Dog does not seem to bark at humans or dogs so far. Please be aware that this dog may be outside during the time of your visit. I will update with more info as I find out * We love having a backyard for our dog to run around in :) hopefully your dog will enjoy it too! We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Welcome to our mini dog gym, inside you'll find a brand new way of exercising your dog. Slatmills are propelled by your pup so they're in control of the workout ensuring that they're comfortable. This small Sniffspot may not appear to be much, but it's a great space during inclement weather or a pitstop before work. Test it out today! Slatmill is located in the interior of garage. You will also have access to the backyard, which is shaded most of the day. Warning, the neighbors directly behind us have one barrier reactive dog!!

We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

Our backyard is the perfect place for your pup. It doesn't have any landscaping we are worried about being dug up or destroyed. We don't own dogs. Our neighbors that are on the north side with the see through chain link fence don't have dogs. I think the neighbors on the other side of the fence that had slats might have a dog.
