New England winter makes it really hard to get the exercise your dog needs. Booking for just a half hour here, even if you only stay 15 to 20 minutes, can make a world of difference. It saves the frustration and anxiety of trying to take a traditional walk, worrying about black ice, uncleared sidewalks, and salt on your dog's paws. Everything is cleared and maintained well and it's a great place to zoom if your dog really loves the snow.

Cleanest SniffSpot I have ever went to. Fencing was perfect, I have a small escape artist and was pleased to see host had reinforced under the fence so everyone could play safely. Will be back!

Perfect large yard with secure fencing. Some tennis/toy balls available, as well as a water bowl. Poop bags also available. Sarah is very responsive and was flexible when I asked to modify my time by a half hour. Highly recommend!

I met Sarah upon arrival, she was very kind and accommodating. Her space had lots to sniff, space to run, and sufficient amenities (water, water bowl, a small selection of toys, poop bags). We will definitely be back!

The host contacted me to let me know the state of the yard with the weather. I wanted to let my dog run somewhere while our roof was getting replaced and the backyard was filled with debris, so the wet snow was fine with us. The tall privacy fence blocks the view to the road which was nice and the shorter fence gives a nice view of the woodsy area behind the house. Water was provided and some toys, although we brought our own tennis balls. I'd definitely return. The location is nice for anyone like myself that's in the Manchester area.

Sarah’s private dog park was wonderful. Very clean and spacious, great private location. My Dutch Shepherd and German Shepherd had so much fun after being cooped up this winter. We will definitely be back, this is just what they need.

Decided to try a new spot and it did not disappoint! The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything you could need and the pups absolutely loved the space for playing ball and wrestling :) Will be coming back for future visits!

Leia had a blast while visiting Sarah's! It's an interesting property with room to run but also a lot of well-secured "nooks and crannies" for curious dogs like mine to check out. She really liked to run around the aisles of the raised planter beds for some unknown doggy reason. Sarah had great communication and made sure there was fresh water available, too. An ideal sniffspot for me and Leia!

If you live in Manchester and need a fun place for your dog to sniff around, get some zoomies out, or play some fetch, this is the perfect spot. I have a large, medium, and small dog, and it was large enough for all of them to get individual enjoyment out of it. Host was very kind and communication was clear. This spot gets six paws up from three happy puppies.

The place was nice and clean. There is a little bit of a view of the neighborhood, but the street is quiet and calm. We did encounter some turkeys in the neighboring yard on the way in. Fully fenced all the way around, tennis balls and lots of dirt for sniffing around in.
