Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 15 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area. She is a friendly, large young dog. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate next to the garage to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the patio window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of other dogs: The neighbors next to us do not have dogs. There is a house across the street and a couple yards down who have dogs that we can see from the hill in our yard. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. We do occasionally hear dogs barking. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard while you are here. He may bark when you arrive. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of humans: Our neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our neighbors on the north side of us have two grade school aged kids who used to come up to the fence to talk and try to pet dog visitors without asking first. They haven’t done this in the last few months, but it is a possibility. We will stay inside the house while you are here or will use the front door if we need to come/go. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you. Please send a message if you have questions or if I can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable.

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is almost an acre. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Pat yourself on the back for finding such a large, private place for your dog(s) to run his/her little heart out and enjoy a Sniffapalooza. (If you’re interested, pet photography is available for an additional fee.) Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the outside of our backyard. We have horses, a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, alpacas, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens (Petting zoo available for an extra fee. Dogs are not allowed in with the animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!
